We are all aware of the value of regular exercise and its many advantages. For individuals like myself who are over 50, the following fitness routine may be something you can manage!
Choose a comfortable spot to stand.
Stretch your arms out horizontally while holding a 5-pound potato bag in each hand. Hold the position for a minute, then release the tension.
You will discover that you can maintain this position for a little while longer each day.
Increase to 10-pound potato bags after two weeks.
Try 60-pound potatoes after a month.
You will eventually be able to keep your arms out for a minute while lifting 100-pound sacks in each hand.
Once you’re at this level of confidence… fill each sack with a potato!
