By producing the biggest swarming light show ever flown in the US, Sky Elements celebrated the holidays with some good drone news.
The light show, which was set to music, produced enormous, moving pictures that encapsulated the spirit of the holidays. These included a gingerbread hamlet, a winter wonderland, a Thanksgiving turkey, and, of course, Santa’s sleigh pulling reindeer.
In Mansfield, Texas, 4,981 drones lit up the sky to usher in the season, adding a touch of magic to the holiday.
In collaboration with UVify, a company that produces swarm drones for light displays, the team opened the presentation with a realistic turkey that was vibrant and animated, spreading its tail feathers widely.
After then, a huge snowman stood at the center of a wintry wonderland. There was also a strange gingerbread village with gumdrop rooftops and candy cane street lamps. As smoke rises from the chimneys and lights illuminate the houses, the sun sets on the quaint winter village.
In the conclusion, Santa Claus waved to the crowd while pulling a sleigh pulled by two reindeer.
